Smile LONGEVITY plan is the ugrade plan to Smile LOYALTY that offers an ADDITIONAL 10% discount on all dental treatment and unlimited free exams and x-rays.  It is a great choice if you have an immediate need for more expensive dental treatment.  This plan also offers special promotional pricing on dental implants, cosmetic procedures, and teeth whitening throughout the year. 

After 2 consecutive years of membership on the Smile LOYALTY plan, you are eligible to enroll in the Smile LONGEVITY plan, at the same annual fee as the Smile LOYALTY plan. This is how SmilePlan rewards patients that are loyal to our doctors.
